I'm a Brooklyn-based portrait photographer who notices people — the way they hold themselves, the moment right before they relax, the version of themselves they're hoping to show the world.
Black Snaps started as a way to document the people around me — and turned into something more intentional. I shoot people, families, and couples, and my favorite sessions are the ones where someone walks in a little unsure and leaves with a photo they didn't know they needed.
I want every person who books with me to feel taken care of — from the first message to the final gallery. You don't have to know how to pose. You don't have to have a vision. You just have to show up, and we'll figure it out together.
Military brat, now rooted in Brooklyn, with a soft spot for Hawaiʻi that will never go away. I shoot on location throughout New York City and beyond.
